The chargers are out there.
Finding them is the hard part.

We’re Charge23 Labs, a team in New Delhi building the software India’s EVs are missing. Chargespot is what drivers use. ChargeID is what charging networks use. Both start from the same idea.

EV charging in India isn’t only an infrastructure problem. It’s a discoverability problem.

What we kept
seeing on the road.

Owning an EV here comes with questions nobody answers in one place: where to stop, whether the charger works, what the trip will really take.

The EV stays in town.

Many owners keep their EV within a comfortable range and take the petrol car out of town. Not because the car can’t make the trip, but because they can’t count on the stops.

One app per network.

Each charging network has its own app and wallet. Planning one trip can mean juggling several of them, a map and a calculator.

The brochure isn’t the road.

Advertised range doesn’t know about the heat, the load or the highway. We work range out from the car and the conditions, and say when a number is an estimate.

One company,
both sides of the plug.

Drivers need to find a charger they can trust. Networks need drivers to find them. We build for both, so the same information serves the person driving and the people running the station.

Chargespot

For the people driving.

Trips planned around your car and your charge, stations with the details that matter, and every charge kept in one place.

ChargeID

For the people running chargers.

Station details, port status and the driver’s journey to the plug, so a network can be found before someone needs it.

The people
building it.

A small team that builds the app, the servers, the vehicle data and the partnerships ourselves.
